What kind of classes do you offer & are they for me?

Currently I offer specialized sessions of Functional Range Conditioning, these classes are 1:1 and are specific to an individual who wants to improve their Mobility Development, Joint Strength & Body Control. 

I also offer a mix of contemporary and classical style Mat Pilates classes & Indoor/Outdoor (weather depending) Fitness Classes which will test your mind and body.

I cater for all ages and abilities, However it is up to you to assess if you are ready to begin.

It is recommended (if necessary) that you get clearance from your Doctor/GP/Specialist/Physiotherapist prior to joining the term and you MUST complete the client consent form ( found in the tabs ) prior to starting.

As time goes by, I will be upgrading my skills, so I will be adding different classes.

How long are your classes?

Pilates & Fitness Classes are 45 mins.

Functional Range Conditioning sessions are case by case - contact me for more info.  

What should I bring & what should I wear?

For Pilates I recommend you bring your own mat - mat link - water and a small towel. For all classes wear comfortable workout clothes & correct footwear.

Do I need to have good flexibility/mobility & strength prior to starting?

Simply put, you do not have to be able to touch your toes or do the splits (I cant) but as long as your not experiencing any significant pain or discomfort, there is a mat for everybody!

Who am I & what makes me different?

I am a qualified Military Physical Training & Obstacle Course Instructor, a certified Pilates teacher, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, Personal Trainer, Group Trainer & Reps Ireland member. I completed Advanced Coaching & Applied Nutrition through the Advanced Coaching Academy & I graduated from the University of Limerick with a EQF level 5 (NFQ level 6) Exercise for Health Specialist. 

I am a father, a husband & I like pineapple on pizza.
